Registration fees are quoted in CNY and determined by when payment is received, not by the date of submission.The amount to us should be net excluding both end bank charges.

All conference participants must register and pay the registration fee including authors; presenters; session chairs; session co-chairs; sponsors, exhibitors and general attendees. Individual registrants may only collect their own individual registration packet and are not allowed to pick up badges or materials for someone else.

Author registration deadline is April 20, 2025. Advance Registration rates are available until May 21, 2025. Pre-registrants who pay their registration fee on/after May 22, 2025, will be charged the Late Registration fees.

Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs cannot register as students. All Students must present a valid student photo identification that includes an ID number and "Valid Thru" date when picking up name badge onsite. If an ID is not in this format, students may present a letter from their university with university letterhead as a second form of ID.

If student identification is not provided, the registration will be changed to Non-Member rate. No exceptions will be made.

Author Registration: A confirmation email will be sent shortly after you register. The registration invoice can be applied on the conference website--Meeting center after June 26, 2025.

Author / Presenter Attendance Policy:

Each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation must have at least one listed author registered at the Full Conference Author fee in order to be presented. Presenter substitution is not possible.

Accepted papers must be presented during the conference by an author to be included in the official conference proceedings. If a paper is not presented at the conference by an author / co-author of the paper, it will not be published in the conference proceedings, which are published by Springer Nature, indexed by EI.

One author registration fee can cover up to a maximum of 2 technical papers or presentation only submissions.

An author registering with more than two (2) technical papers or presentation only submissions to present at the conference, must request a co-author to register.

*Member indicates the members of CNS, ASME and JSME.

The full registration includes: opening session, plenary sessions and panel sessions, technical sessions, name card, conference program, proceeding e-book, Monday- Thursday lunch and reception.

Refunds/Cancellation Fee: Requests for conference registration fee refunds must be received in writing by June 6^th, 2025, and are subject to a CNY 1000 non-refundable administrative fee, this fee applies to refunds. Registration substitutions are not permitted.
